You can then compare against Actuals in MYOB to generate actual vs budget reports.  The system includes Budget / Variance reports for individual Jobs/Categories as well as Consolidated views.  You can also maintain budgets for Header Jobs.

  • Import Monthly budget data via Excel template for Jobs and Categories
  • Create / modify budget data via a spreadsheet type interface
  • Generate Actual vs Budget and Variance reports for selected Job(s) and Categories
  • Maintain budgets for previous year, current year and next year
  • Maintain budget figures at Header Job and Detailed Job level
